Note: I will try to work with students when changes in their schedules arise. However, for a repeated instance, class fees will be non-refundable. Packages must be used within one year of the purchase date. Retreat and Workshop fees will be considered non-refundable after certain date benchmarks are reached. These will be communicated in writing to participants and organizers at the time of registration.
Why Practice Yoga?
Yoga benefits our whole selves in a multitude of ways. Practicing yoga teaches us how to use our energy more effectively, to quiet and focus our minds. Using yoga to be more aware of our breathing can reduce stress and anxiety while helping us to be more at ease with ourselves and with our surroundings. It can help us to lesson or eliminate pain, whether it be physical or emotional. Yoga can also inspire us in the creative process and aid us in finding balance in our lives.
