Sending you warm thoughts as we near the winter solstice this coming Friday. On that day each year, we celebrate the return to light as the days begin to get longer. We will celebrate at Sankulpa Yoga with a Sun Salutations-inspired practice 5:30-6:30pm on December 21. This is a good opportunity to invite lightness in for yourself. You may register HERE.
Also, more immediately, Tiffany will be leading Participation Meditation today 6-7pm! It is such a great experience for all ages. In addition, there are still a few spots left in Monday’s (December 17) Chakra Yoga and Essential Oils Workshop! Register Here.
